Hi...was looking for some northeast recipes and came across your blog. Was really glad to see the naga recipes as I enjoy northeast cuisine a lot. I'm defintely gonna try the eromba and the dry fish chutney! hope it turns out well!
Hi Christy, I enjoyed browsing your blog post and you definitely covered a wide range. You cook like a pro and your blog will be my go to for Naga Rongmei recipe. Now, I am going to request you to do one recipe I haven't tried my entire life and I saw a glimpse of it on Instagram post. I am dying to learn to make 'ganampui' and how to use it in cooking. You will be doing me a great favour if you can share that recipe here. I will be back to check it out later. TIA :D
Hey, Sarah! I'll surely do a post on "how to make Ganampui" :) There's one or two recipes in the blog using ganampui. It's a very Tamenglong thing, but it grows on you. Hopefully you'll like it after taking the trouble to make it :D <3
Thank you for stopping by. Delighted to be sharing some l-o-v-e from my kitchen with you. If you tried any of my recipe, tag me @pancuisine on Instagram and hastag it #pancuisinerecipe Cheers!
